They started getting worse about nearly a year ago.

Answer:

Why are you blaming this on food additives? I see no symptoms to support that.
not the shocks won,t. what will raise it is the springs.
If you eat a lot of diet food and drink a lot of diet sodas, it could be the fake sugars. Look for foods sweetened with stevia instead of artificial sweeteners, or even Splenda. Also, in the fake fat department, Olestra can cause a lot of problems! Try eliminating these from your diet for at least a couple weeks - up to a month or so and see if you start doing any better. Good luck!
I have experienced many of the same symptoms that you have. After six years of research and seeing internists, allergists, dermatologists, and gastroenterologists, I finally saw a naturopathic doctor who immediately diagnosed my problem as candida. Candida is like a yeast infection in your system. You can probably ease your symptoms by following a strict anti-candida diet: NO sugars of any kind; no more than two servings of fruit per day; NO refined flours (100% whole grain only); no salts except sea salt; and NO milk. You can however eat natural cheeses, natural yogurt, meats, and vegetables. Drink water or herbal teas (may put a lemon or lime in it.); no soda. The most harmful additive in current food supplies is high fructose corn syrup - and it is added to nearly every sauce or packaged food! You need to give the diet about six months to work, so be patient. Good luck!
