I am going to buy a magnaflow exhaust, dc headers, and an aem cold air intake. I saw pics of these, looks pretty good condition, reason for selling : Owner has a new car he wants to mod up. I will be meeting with him today to hear it. So what are some things i should look at and listen too?
I'd be hesitant to buy used exhaust system components, just because your life might be at stake. Exhaust leaks are very dangerous. However, having said that, I'd check very carefully for dents, breaks, rust or corrosion. Make sure that everything looks to be in top notch condition. FriPilot
Yeah, copper is expensive and soft. It's never used for construction; only for its electrical qualities. Aluminium and steel are preferred contstructive materials.
