What are the large vent looking hoses that are hooked to the fire engines while they are in the station. What all is plugged in and what are the big yellow hoses that are always on the engines. Also, I assume they are easy detachable since they drive off and they snap loose?

Parking tickets won't reflect on your driving record unless you don't pay them and your license is suspended. So as long as you keep paying you can keep blocking those fire hydrants!
