I just bought this remote, there are no codes for Motorola cable boxes in the manual. This unit does not turn ON/OFF, it stays ON all the time. I tried using the search feature, but since it doesn't turn OFF, I don't know when it's programed right. Please help me.
Then you're missing a step in the Programming of your Remote BOTH don't work? No way.You would get at least ONE to work if you were following the instructions exactly. OF course you could have a DEFECTIVE REMOTEor no batteries in it. Try another TV in your house and see what happens first.
