Do these cables do more than just make the picture look better? I have a few games (Namely Disgaea 4 if you are familiar with the game) and I am currently using a old basic box TV with the basic cables that come with the PS3. The text script as well as icons are so Tiny, that I have to shove my face againt the screen to determine what it says. Will adding the HDMI Cables increase the text and icons so that I can read and see everything that was intended to be seen in a video game?
Not only will it make the graphics better looking it will control the sound and sharpen all the text because it will all be in HD quality. However, if you don't have an HDTV then buying an HDMI cable will be useless to you as old TV's don't support HDMI.
an HDMI cable only works if the tv has a HD option, HD improves the picture of the screen a great deal, Maybe just buy a new tv;)!!!
