Please answer only if you have experience. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and am getting one for myself and also to incorporate for my clients.
They just got one in the gym that I go to. Seems like a good system. I would use it mainly for ending a work outor warming upbut other than that.my goals do not require a whole lot of TRX training.but for others it is probably great.
i didnt find it the best workout that ive ever done but only because i do advanced weight training. on a scale of 1-10 10 being top i would rate a 6.5
