Most people are very quickly become comfortable with nudity (theirs and other people's) when visiting nude beaches and nudist resorts. The reason is simple. The aversion to the very sight of our own species is unnatural, requiring constant and persistent conditioning by the culture to maintain that aversion. Many of us who have tried it, prefer being naked if only because it's more comfortable to be naked than it is to be clothed. There's also a wonderful freedom and honesty to it. And it's wonderfully sensual. And there's no reason not to enjoy it. Be that as it may, most people are slaves to their culture and won't take it up even if they try it. So, I'm sorry to say, only a small percentage would try it, even if a good percentage of people would continue it, if only in private. Their loss, not mine.
At 2 or 3, probably a little. For instance, a child who has been told they are stupid all their life may have little confidence and not believe they are capable of doing something. A spoiled child thinks they are the center of the universe. A young baby, no.
