I don't have much information to give I'm afraid, but this is what I remember. There's a bunch of people stuck inside a missile bunker and then at the end of the film they're trying to deactivate a missile launch. In the end I think there is some kind of action scene where someone gets trapped in the actual silo when the missile is launched and I think they manage to detonate it in the sky or something.
