Question:

What formula do I use to find out the magnetic strength of a magnetic material while it has contact with an.?

What formula do I use to find out the magnetic strength of a magnetic material while it has contact with an electromagnet? For example, I used a cow magnet (the bar) and had a metal ring that clung to it. When I touched the ring to another object, it attracted it, but at a weaker magnetic cling. If you have an electromagnet and touch a metal wire, does the magnetic cling distribute among the entire wire evenly and does it become weaker? Thanks for your help.

Its Simple. Kill The Batman.
