what has the most copper in it,and whats it worth a pound?
you need to flush it out as soon as possible power steering can cause the seals to swell and cause loss of brake pedal or brake lock up
copper is copper - pipes, wire - it';s around $3.50 a pound now - call a local scrapyard and see how much they pay and type of metal they accept -sometimes need a certain minimum weight to get best price
No it shouldnt. I wouldnt worry about it. It could be flushed because the brake system may boil the power steering fluid, but with only 1% it should be ok.

I'm uncertain if PSF will cause problems to brake seals. Or if it can handle the high temps without flashing. But do you really want to find out the hard way; this is the brakes. Can you say:Liability Better safe than sorry; get the system flushed and inspected.
