all fresh fruits and veggies are high in fiber as are whole grain pasta, breads and muffins(bran muffins) Also whole grain cereal are also high in fiber, like bran flakes, shredded wheat, raisin bran, Grapenuts, AllbranDrinking plenty of water helps too as does cutting back on eating cheese.
MOST people will not tell you the truth! they believe the Urban Myths of the complex carbs as being the only source of fiberThis is patently not trueIn fact the only thing complex carbs will do for you is to assist you in gaining weightExcellent high fiber foods are any dark green leafy veggies, any green veggies, most unsweet fruits, and lentilsEat lots of green salads such as spinach! Add some cauliflower and broccoli and good salad dressings Eat some saturated fats!!! this greases the tracks and helps you to eliminate easierHave bacon or sausage and fried eggs for breakfastYou may have a slice of toast with butterHave a chef salad for lunchadd some fruit such as half an applehave whatever your mother cooks for dinner, but go light on the potato unless it has butter, sour cream, or is greasy fried foodQuit with the healthy eatingYou can feel how unhealthy it really is.
Fiber one cereal is really good,if you are willing to give up your taste buds :-) it's like eating cardboard, but it does the trickUmthe same company also makes a fiber one bar that is really good, I personally like the chocolate and oats oneOther foods you can do are whole wheat breads, brown rice, etcSplit pea soup is also a good source of fiber and low in fatIf there is a Trader Joes in your area (Local grocery store), there is a lychee dried fruit snack packed with LOTS of fiber as well, and really tastyDespite what you may think, corn isn't really that great for fiberraw veggies work wonders too.
