After that, check with furniture stores, machine shops, factories, etc., they all usually have pallets that they throw away. After that, sometimes rehabilitation places, where they work with disabled people, make pallets, at least they do here in the states.
If you only want 1 pallet, try asking the drivers at a transport café. A driver may let you have a pallet for nothing! You could look through a local business directory, or telephone directory, where pallet-makers will be listed.
