what is difference between couch & sofa?
sofa seats 2 couch seats 3 or more
i think a couch holds 3 or more, and a sofa is like a love seat and holds 2. sorrybif im wrong.
Couch is spelled see oh you see aych, but sofa is spelled ess oh eff ay.
I think it's whether you got it at a yard sale or a furniture store? Or maybe it's how much you pay for it. Or whether you cherish or disdain the French language? And maybe it could be a salon chair. Or a longue.
There is no real differnce except in the spelling. Both are defined as long seats with backs and arms.
