Go get the ends of your hair trimmed to remove the split ends and use both a moisturizing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Also like the other said, hot oils.
Most fire alarms monitor things other then fire. They monitor thing sometimes like gas, dangerous temperatures and of course smoke.
Don't bring your gym clothes the fist day they will announce when you have to start changing up for gym, and definitely bring a separate bag to put your gym clothes in. I used to put them in my backpack but that do not work well at all plus your books would get all gross. Usually you can get a gym locker to put your stuff into. And I would just use a messenger bag for school, that's what I do.
