Harass him back, call at all hours of the night, send notes to him, harass anyone remotely related to him, even if it's some long lost cousin living on the other side of the country. Have pizza delivered to his home, distribute all his numbers to telemarketers who call you (I'm not interested, but my buddy isand give them his ), call him, ding dong ditch his house, follow him to and from work, follow him wherever he goes. Start doing what he is doing to you.

A lot of times the police can't do anything if the stalker isn't on your property or not committing some type of crime, etc. Let him see you taking pictures of him (or video) with your cell phone, maybe that will scare him away. AlwaysI repeat, always carry a self defense item with you such as pepper spray, etc. It could be the difference between life or death. The police usually get involved after it's too lateyou are the first line of self defense! Always have someone walk you to your car at work if possible (coworker, security, etc.) Always be alert of your surroundings when leaving the house, or work. If the police won't get involved that's really all you can dounfortunately.
trace the calls, emails, etc. dont buy a gun unless you feel your life is in danger, and at least take shooting classes. like i said, dont involve a gun in this case unless he is trying to kill you.
