what is the difference between high fibre flour and whole wheat flour?
I asked the same question four times, and didn't receive an answer
High fiber flour can in fact be whole wheat or another kind of flour.Whole wheat means that it contains the germ,kernel and all of the other parts of the grain.Something listed as high fiber may just have additional fiber added.It really is that simple
