what is the difference between satin & sateen?
From pedia: Satin is a cloth that typically has a glossy surface and a dull back. It is a warp-dominated weaving technique that forms a minimum number of interlacings in a fabric. If a fabric is formed with a satin weave using filament fibers such as silk, nylon, or polyester, the corresponding fabric is termed a SATIN. If the yarns used are short-staple yarns such as cotton, the fabric formed is considered a SATEEN. Hope this helps, TX Griff
No, as long as water is running through the pipe it will be fine. we have a woodburner with a copper loop heating coil in it (with a soldered joint) which i made, and believe me its hotter than hell in there sometimes :) and its been fine for years. BUT! You must keep the water circulating through the pipes as soon as (if not before) any heat is applied to the pipes. You may find that in your situation you might want to incorperate a safety release valve on the ''hot water out'' pipe. Also, just be aware, that boiling water in a closed system will cause pressure that can cause massive explosions.
About $10. Other than that a fancy name for the same thing.
Yes it is ok but you must put in the system a expansion pipe as a safety point so that you do not have a blow out .
