yes if you take it out, it will leave a noticeable little hole..so be vary of that. i have a diamond stud and i absolutely love it. i love having my nose pieced as it really accessorizes my face!
I would just use the cage, I have used that my whole life, and i've been playing for 13 years now. You get used to it. The best clear cage I have heard of is an Itech one where it has the replaceable shield at the top and the cage at the bottom. The open bottom keeps it from fogging up as bad, and if the clear part gets scratched it is easily replaced.
depends as for the scars afteras i said i've had it done 4 times and when they were outyou couldn't tell i had ever had a piercing there, the hole is so small that when it heals over its not noticable, so i think you should go for itthey're lots of fun )
