well bub, short ram intake, draws in warmer air, no hp. mainly to improve mileage. you need a cold air intake draws cool air in to produce hp. if your going to be cheap, just buy the kn air filter, same thing as shelling out 200 to 300 bucks for a whole cai set up.

Check your owners manual. My 09 Honda Rebel needs 29 psi.
