What kind of rubber material is used in the production of sealing strips and which kind of rubber seals are suitable?
Natural rubber: with good comprehensive mechanical properties, cold resistance, high resilience and wear resistance, can be made of sealing rubber bowl, aprons, general sealant is also commonly used in natural rubber manufacturing.
Chloroprene rubber: good oil resistance and solvent resistance, but also has excellent weather aging and ozone aging properties. The crosslinking fracture temperature is above 200 DEG C, and the door and window seal strips are usually made of neoprene. Because chloroprene rubber also has good flexibility and gas permeability, it can be used as sealing products for diaphragm and vacuum.
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR): it has excellent properties such as fuel oil and aromatic solvents, but it is not resistant to ketones, esters and hydrogen chloride. Therefore, the oil resistant sealing products and nitrile rubber are the main products.
Fluorine rubber: with heat resistance (200~250 degrees), oil resistance, can be used to manufacture cylinder liner, sealing ring, rubber bowl and rotary lip sealing ring.
Silicone rubber: with high and low temperature, ozone resistance and anti-aging properties, suitable for the manufacture of thermal institutions required gasket, such as strong light source, lampshade, gasket ring, valve pad and so on.
