Question:

What makes earrings turn black where they've been inside your ear?

I don't mean general tarnishing, I mean the bit that actually sits inside my skin, develops a stain. It kind of looks like oil spills you used to see on the road, black with a rainbow type sheen. The same has happened to my nose stud too.I'm not bothered about getting rid of it, just wondering what makes it happen )

Answer:

The law in most states in the US is 10 feet on either side of the fire hydrant.
gee rami, you should have spent a little more time studying on your driving exam, the answer was there! (slap yourself in the forehead) instead your asking someone on the internet to give you the answer. sounds like to me you live somewhere that you want to park close to your door and the only place to park is next to a fire hydrant and you want our permission.
