Depends on how much you actually like your university. They can be fined for prank fire alarms. You could also be calling a fire truck to a prank call when it's needed elsewhere (it's a long shot, but mother always said). You may cause whole classes to have to retake their exams (on the student's own time) if the professor thinks someone might have cheated, so people might be kind of pissed (generally people are in college for more serious purposes). So, If you want your tuition money to go towards fines instead of bettering the institution and don't mind inconveniencing others, knock yourself out.

I think buying it in an ordinary market is the best way of buying a safety google. Because you can check the best at your own and with your own eye's unlike buying it on the internet you don't know if the picture that has been posted is still the thing you are buying. Better to go to a market to buy it.
