What should the tray pay attention to on the shelf?
The weight of a single plastic pallet depends on the circumstances in which the plastic tray is used. It meets the requirements of dynamic load, static load, shelf load, and the need for a built-in steel tube to increase the carrying capacity. In order to ensure the safety of transit, the center of gravity of the goods shall not exceed 2/3 of the width of the pallet.
According to the cargo pallet type, the quality and the size of the tray, reasonably determine the goods on the pallet stacking. The carrying capacity of the pallet shall be no less than 80%. The pallet carries the goods in a fixed way, mainly with strapping, gluing, binding and stretching packaging, and can be used in conjunction with each other.
When the goods carried by the plastic pallet are fixed and still can not meet the transport requirements, the protective reinforcement shall be selected according to the requirements. The reinforcement and protection accessories are made of paper, wood, plastic, metal or other materials.
