Question:

What size tire (in inch designation, such as 3.5) would I need for an 80/80 -16 tire?

This is a motorcycle tire - actually for a 150 cc Kymco scooter.

Answer:

Milk! Cheese, ice cream, yogurt, more cheese, small sardines IF eaten with the bones, more milk, sour cream, butter, heavy cream, and, of course, fruit flavored Tums.
Dairy, including yogurt, cheese milk and dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach, collard greens
milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, ice cream, the stomach stuff Tums and Rolaids, some diet drinks and bars have calcium, some orange juices have added calcium, and calcium supplements.
According to my calculations, Your required tire would be about 21 inches in diameter, and about 3 and 1/4 (3.25) inches in tread width.
80/80-16; The first number is the section width in millimeters. The second number is the aspect ratio. In your case the section width is 80 mm, roughly 2.5 inches. The aspect ratio number is telling you that the height of the tire is 80% of it's width. The last number is the tires diameter. 16 16 inches. So if you can't find an 80/80-16 to replace it with, something along the lines of a 2.50 2.75 X 16 will work.
