What type of glue and paint should I use for resin and styrene models?

What type of model glue and model paint should I use for model kit that will be half resin and half polystyrene? And, please give me a common name or brand name, not a chemical composition name, I'm not a scientist and I have no idea what Cyanoacrylate, Methyl cyanoacrylate, and Ethyl cyanoacrylate means. I also don't know the difference between enamel, acrylic, and lacquer paints. What I'm building is a 1/1400 scale model of a Nebula-Class star ship from Star Trek. The styrene will be from Amt/Ertl's Enterprise-D kit and the resin will be from DLM's Nebula Conversion Kit. I want to prime the model, paint and assemble, set decals, and then put some sort of sealer over the whole thing to lock it all in. Does anybody have any recommendations? You haft to challenge your booty if you want it bigger by your last rep out of a set you should really be burning. if your not you need to add some more resistiance use some heavy ankle weights. The rep range to build mass is from 8 to 12 repetitions you should do anywhere from 2 up to 4 sets of the two excercises you are going to do(the kickbacks, and fire hydrants). take a 1 minute or 2 minute break between sets. Workout every 2 or 3 days. dont workout on consectutive days.. back to back. your muscles need a lot of rest to grow. and the last thing you should do to make sure . your excercising benefits you is to eat more regardless to whether you trying to add fat, muscle.. or both to your butt.. you haft to eat more to get bigger, to get a bigger butt. if you dont know what reps and sets are .Google you should also google. Lifting till muscle failure.
