By throwing her stuff away which you have no right to do in the first place. You're not going to be able to force your child to clean their room it won't work. Either you're going to clean it up for them or it will be clean once they move out. It's not worth fighting over. There are worse things she could be doing but keeping a messy room isn't a bad thing. It's how teenagers function hate to say it but you're fighting a losing battle.
