i say to each they own gosh life is just way too short to do it by other people opinion just be like me! lol strong focus and keep focus on 1 GOAL and that is if you are not liking one diet,then try another and stay FOCUS eating healthy right etc i actually just had over weekendfour mos straight AFTER i lost around 28 pounds was not even FAT tall lovely shapely woman carry the weight great but i did drop almost thirty and only gaining back this last month in feb.5 pounds no big deal as i can drop it again in one week or actually three lil days,and i still splurge at times on cheat days/weekends as i do not and SHALL NOT starve mi self, i lose when i want and i am not again dropping for month,last winter month in march around 15 pounds and i will lose more IF I CHOOSE even having bowl of fave ice cream weekends OR ices/slurpee ,ice pops or bowl of cereal as the most i did again lose was last year exactly 27 pounds in just like 3 mos MODERATE/NO RUSH WITHING 2 AND A 1/.2 TO THREE MONTHS NO EXERCISE ONLY GAIN FIVE BACK by xmas holiday now going for the last 15 and i am done eating healthy again fish chicken salmon,tuna veggies ice pops and some times ice cream if i want and eggs here and therejust watch what you eatDO NOT STARVE yourself and in porportion lots of either water and or milk and you will lose it within a month or two tops.even without exercise,god bless take caregood luck! adios.
I have always heard that NOT eating at night is bestAlso that the latest you should eat is 2-3 hours before bed otherwise the food is being digested and stored as fat more than if you were to be active during the day and burning off what you have consumed.
Make sure the attic is vented very well adding a fan is one of the best wayscold air sinks so insulating the floor might help or at least make sure that there is some type of skirting around the bottom of the houseyou want little ventallation down there(unless it is damp) You can actually blow insulation into the walls with one inch holes from the outside of the house.
