I have a transmission leak and cant afford to have it repaired.
Stop leak in a transmission full of tiny fluid passageways. That's a pretty sure way of clogging the complete transmission causing you to have to replace it. Fixing the leak would be the least expensive course of action.
Stop Leak in the Trans is a bad idea. Where is the leak coming from? It may actually be a cheap fix. (i.e. rear seal) Until you can afford it, just keep an eye on the level and refil as needed. Good Luck. Mike
i'm in the business i recommend none of them i've seen what they do to the inside of the trans get a shop to look at the leak it might be cheaper to fix then add the additive that will ruin the trans and pay for a rebuilt later
