Question:

Where can I order/find this car part?

I live in Canada if it makes a difference. The rear right door lock of our 1999 Ford Escort snapped off. We need a new lock (the part that you pull up/push down to lock the door is what broke)Right now we can't open that door. Where can I find this part? I've looked online but all I can find are sites that sell everything else but that little lock.

Answer:

In case of Desktop if it has CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) Old Monitor it emits more electromagnetic radiations but most of it is filtered by heavy led glass.Still there remains small amount of mostly harmless radiations. On other hand LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and LED (Light Emitting Diode) emit a very small amount of radiation compared to CRTs. Health conscious consumers prefer them for this one reason
Take down a detector, find the manufacturer's name and check their web site for contact info. Ask them the question. I would not get AC operated smoke alarms(the right name for them) with battery backup. The chance of ever needing the backup is rare. The need to replace the batteries when they are low is for sure. The out of service time while you have disconnected the old batteries and got new ones is likely to be longer than any power outage you might have. If you do replace the smoke alarms, get the photoelectric type. They are much better for the home than ionization types.
You probably have a short in your detector. Replace it with a battery backup type. You'll feel more secure that way.
