I live alone and want to hide my small safe with a bunch of cash in it? Where? My main attic has white blown in insulation.would a theif take time to look there? or attic in garage?
If you want tender ribs, you have to cook them in a pressure cookerPlace your ribs in the cooker, add about 1-11/2 inches of waterPut the lid on and set it for 15 lbsOnce it starts jiggling(if it jiggles) turn the heat down about half way and cook for 45 min to 1 hourBelieve me they will be falling off the bone good.
Preheat your oven to 375 then cook for about 1hour-1 1/2 hours checking them regularly.
I put them in a dutch oven (or any big, oval pot w/ a lid will do), and put down some forks or anything that will lift the ribs up a bitI have used beer, or just water and pour that in the bottom of the panCover and bake in the oven for a few hoursIt will actually steam the ribs and they will be very tender.
Boil them first for 20-25 minutes, then grill, basting with your favorite sauce about five minutes before they are doneThe boiling ensures they are done, and the grilling seals in the moistureAdding the baste at the last keeps it from burningYumm.
I would have to say the attic, but don't make it obvious by having a visible safe thereI'd say behind the wallsMy house was burglarized and the thieves searched every closets and under clothes (I'm sure for money)They went through the glass door in the basement (so no basement for hiding cash!)The attic was safe only because it is the last place anyone goes toI lived in this house for about 2 years, yet my self nor other people in the house have never even been in the attic, can you believe that? We never bothered going up thereWe didn't have time to nor do we have a walk-up ladderI'm sure thieves don't have time to be going up an atticThieves are quick moversThey were able to walk out of my house with a 52 flat screen TV!
