I am not exactly sure where or when his first concert will be. But he is currently in the making of making his new album called Believe it will be out in stores in the month of November. His tour/concerts will be in December-January and that is when they will go on sale. I'm pretty sure his first concert on tour will be in Hartford, Conneticut I'm sure, since that was his first concert on tour last year in 2010. But I am not so sure if I am 100% correct.
