I think you probably just need more experience driving. Don't worry, I'm in the same boat. The first time I drove by myself in the snow, I got stuck. Your tires are probably fine, the issue is the snow and ice, which unless you have AWD or 4WD, is really hard to drive on without slipping, especially if you haven't been driving very long or dont have much experience driving in the snow I think it would be smart for you to ride the bus tomorrow, and practice driving on the snow and ice some other time of the day when there's less traffic.
