Your best course of action would be, when you try and ask a question, they say your account has been suspended and give an email address- ask them to review the terms of your suspension. I agree, they can be very unfair about this sort of stuff.
The only thing I see is that 1. Two of the three links don't work. 2. The first one looks very much like a private website for selling materials and the reporter and Yahoo may think it is yours. If legit, you should have used links to websites like Lowes or Home Depot that would obviously not be you or link to websites that explain the concept, not sell the parts (that may be the two links that don't work). For a suspension and TOS violation, Yahoo had to actually have a person look at this. I would appeal and explain the situation, but you need to be more careful. If that was your website that was linked, shame on you.
