Question:

Where to get a new set up of disc brakes for my 1971 Plymouth Duster?

I currently have drums and they suck! I would like a new brake system. Does anyone know where I can purchase this new at a reasonable price?

Answer:

neither, I like cars, but I've never been turned on by one
Call either Summit Racing or Jegs. They can order a full kit for easy installation.
Even finding the parts in the first place is almost a miracle by itself if you want some good used parts cheap start looking you may find a set up in a wrecking yard somewhere but you need to know what you are doing. If you want to spend the money on good quality parts tpye year make and model in the web search box and go to the results page. companies like classic industries and year one may have the stuff you want but its not going to be cheap.
