Where to get Roller Blades?

It's summer and I want to start learning how to roller blade. My friend told me that rubber wheels on roller blades are more easier for beginerrs like me. Where do I get these? I live in Canada..if that helps. Is there a website??

Answer:

First offf if you have any flamable material such as gas or paint thinner in the basement get it out of there. Next get a lock for that basement door. If it is an arsonist you sure as hell don't want him comimg back. If you're looking for some other source for the smoke look at places that generate heat. Like electrical, gas, furnace and so on.Putiing in some smoke detectors was a good idea if you can hear them from your bedroom. Maybe put one above the basement but near a basement door or vent so you'll hear it. It might be a good time to get a fire extiguisher and develop a plan to escape if you had a fire. Umm A roll up fire ladder for two story homes you can use if the door way is blocked.. I had a hot water heater in the basement that went bad and started to smoke. ummm well smelled like burnt wire. It turned out to be a thermastat.
Sounds like you've put the wrong type of batteries in them. Some smoke detectors are very finicky about what batteries they will work with, to the point where they will work with one brand of battery but not another even though they are both alkaline. If you still have the packaging for the detectors, check to see if they need a certain battery.
The chirp is to tell you, Please change my battery! Suggestion: change the smoke detector batteries twice a year when you change the clocks.
most smoke detectors need to be reset after changing the battery. look for a button and hold it down for 5 seconds or so. this should stop chirping.
