Well, I live in an apartment, but i have a garden right infront of me ( so i only have to take the elevator down)i know every dog is unique but I really want to know about your experience with House breaking them! this is very important for meI also want a dog that is some what obedient (as in responsive to training)I don't live with childreni am finishing my last year in college so i don't have a full work loadhowever, I have back problems so i can't go for long runs ( i can jogi guess)A yorkie is much easier to find here, although i am not sure about the prices.
To be honest, I would go with a YorkieThere more trustworthy dogsI've had Pomeranian's before and there very loud and harder to housebreakThey take foreverI've had Yorkie's and Maltese and since there a little smaller I guess smaller dogs are easier to train because the Yorkie only took one 1/2 week to potty trainAnd since the yorkie is very small they do not like long runs, they just like to walkIt hurts there little legs to run too farAnd if you train them by going to the park atleast 3 times a week you can train them to be very obedientI've seen Yorkie's on television and there very good at being obedientTo start with the potty training I would recommend training pads and doggy diapersYou can find them at your local Wal-Mart but I wouldn't let them wear the diaper too long or they'll get use to itI'd let it wear it in bed for a couple days maybeBut definitley training pads and since you'll be home Yorkie's need love at first so thats a very good thingAnd if your gonna house break it then you'll need to be home for the first to second weeks you have itAnd last, since there easier to find in your area I would definitley go with the YorkieAlso, read more about it by going to your local pet store or google more on YorkiesThanks.

Your cheapest way is to use standard fiberglass insulationYou should also use baffles at the ends to allow for air circulation and be sure that you don't compress the insulation to tight against the roofIt will case the roof to rot as well as lower the effectiveness of the insulation.
