Answer:

Do you think they put these restrictions on you because you've done things like smoke with your friends? You're so young, most parents just want to keep their children safe for as long as they can. I agree that the electronics situation is a bit overboard, but again could it be because you've broken their trust before? If certain things bother you honestly the best thing to do is just talk about it. It's hard to accept restrictions like that if you don't know why they were placed. Get input from them and maybe you can find a better medium.
You'll hate this answer, but to me your parents sound like very good parents. I have a lot of nieces and nephews around your age, and none of them are allowed full freedom on phones. In fact, about half don't even have smartphones. You sound pretty mature, so I'll pass on something that was said to me when I was your age and complaining about strict parents. The person pointed out that it's a lot easier for parents to just let their kid stay hooked on their tablet or phone. Or TV. It keeps the teen out of their hair and the teen gets what she wants. So why do you think your parents are choosing the much more difficult way to help you grow up?

Good Question :) butI kinda disagree that inertia mass; inertia is very much related to mass, but U won't find INERTIA, as a quantity of physics, being measured in SI units of kilograms or in MASS units of any measuring system. The rolling ball uses up rolling energy that the frictionless sliding ice cube doesn't have to supply. I for a solid rubber ball 2/5 MR? {where M mass of ball and R radius of ball} KE for rolling rubber rubber ball 1/2Iw?+1/2MV? 1/2(2/5MR?)w?+1/2MV? 0.7MV? KE for sliding ice cube 1/2MV? 0.5MV? Let the above KE be the max KE at bottom of heated cookie sheet. This final KE must come from the object's max GPE Mgh which is the same for both objects. Setting each object's final KE to Mgh and solving for V {final speed}: V for rolling rubber ball 1.20√gh V for sliding ice cube 1.41√gh faster object wins race ANS
It's not easy being a teen, is it. The rub of it all is that they are right. If you had the access you would be looking at things they disapprove of with your phone and computer. Don't deny it. You know you would if they weren't so strict. On top of that, you legitimately have given them reason to not trust you. You didn't voluntarily tell them about the hookah; they found out on their own. If you had said that someone else did something bad and that you weren't gonna be involved, they would have more reason to trust you. Once again, they're right. If you hang out with those type of friends you are much more likely to end up trying alcohol, drugs, or tobacco. As for the hat thing. I felt that way when I was a teen, too. I now, as an adult, recognize that it is genuinely rude to wear a hat indoors, and especially at the table. Trust must be earned. If you want more privileges, you have to demonstrate that you are trustworthy. And that, unfortunately, takes time.
