as i said in the titles why do dogs pee on hydrants? they barely pee elsewhere whats so special about fire hydrants anyways?
It has become fairly common with the high price of copper. Some of the early stuff had problems, consider getting a pressure reducing valve if there isn't one already installed. I had a client with a mobile home in which the water lines keep breaking, it was due to very high pressure from the water provider and the pressure reducer did the trick.

I think you are on the right track (as long as your joins allow the form to make your dataset updatable), but just have a problem with the Control Source of the text box you added. Anytime Access does not know where the data is coming from it displays Name. Go into the form in design view. Add the additional table you want in the form's Record Source. Go the the text box (still in design view) and click on it, the right click and go to properties. In the Control Source field, click the dropdown. You will see all the fields available to populate the text box. Pick the one you want. Hope that works for you.
