Find another job, they can fire you anytime they want, they don't even need a reason, in your case they had a reason, most likely didn't like you anyway, you seem like the type of person that would try and sue someone at the drop of a hat, and the fact you delivered pizza tells us your not the sharpest pencil in the box, then the fact your dumb enough to think you even had a case for a law suit proves to us your a moron.
