Question:

Will my smoke detector eventually quit?

I live with 3 other girls in an apartment. Between all of our rooms we have 4 smoke detectors, one of which starts beeping every few months. We are tired of it, so we reasoned, hellif we just let this one beep (it's not a particularly loud or offensive beep), the battery will eventually run completely down, and that'll be one fewer beeping smoke detector to fool with. However, it's been beeping for about two months now. Will it ever stop? Or should we just break down and call maintenance?

Answer:

Thomas Edison. Ben Franklin invented the Franklin stove, bifocal glasses, the lightning rod, and many other use things. The lightning rod is used to safely send lightning to the ground rather than set the building on fire.
Most new vehicles have a chipped key that is required to start the car. Check with your dealer and make sure if you have that. If so just get any good alarm with a glass break sensor and have it wired to the doors. This should scare anyone trying to steal items. If it does not have a chipped key get an alarm with an immobilizer. This will prevent the vehicle from starting unless the alarm is disarmed. I just had my car broken into, the stole a jacket and a bag. That's all they wanted. Put your stuff in the trunk so people don't want to steal your items.
its actually thomas jefferson or ben franklin but yes you are right DR double u
As per the naming of all sorts of electrical companies; EDISON invented the lightbulb (and a thousand ways NOT to make it too). LIghtning rods were invented by Franklin. I think that if you say, opened a BOOK, you'd have found these answers.
Neither, Joseph Swan was the real inventor. Thomas Edison took credit by obtaining patents.
