Fired over a pin.Trevor Keezor ( A Former U.S. Marine) had been working at Home Depot for over a year, when his boss pulled him aside and told him that he'd have to remove a certain pin from his orange apron. The American flag pin said One nation under God, indivisible. Keezor refused, and he says he was fired. Home Depot stated his was the wrong god and Allah would not be happy.
Check your local Canadian Tire, the hardware department in WalMart, or even Michaels. Go to the adhesives section and see what's available. I think you can find something there.
They don't. Its just an encouragement for the driver to slow down.
The first answer is a good answer. Talk to restaurant/ bar/ store owners and ask if you can hang your art work (guitars) show your flasks, and maybe hang some photographs of your other work (fire extinguishers). Business like to show peoples art work because it is free decorating for them. Also take digital documentation of absolutely everything you do. Develop a digital portfolio. When you have gathered all your best work put the photographs on a CD and send it to local galleries. The most important thing to do in my opinion is to make a website with all your work on it. Make it professional looking. You can use this website to advertise, sell, and use as a portfolio of all your art work. This would allow you to really get your artwork out in the world. Also, make connections with other artists. If you know other artists you can collaborate with them and develop shows of both/all your work. They will also know what's going on in the local art scene. I hope this helped.
