so if Alberto is a face then why are the people booing him?
Co-ownership simply involves whatever the breeder chooses to put into the contract. Most breeders would require the dog be shown to its championship, have OFA and CERF and all other pertinent testing for the breed done before the dog could be used at stud. All expenses to be paid by the co-owner, not breeder. Usually stud fees are split between both owners, except in the case of b1tches owned by the breeder, then there's no stud fee. The breeder would also provide the normal health guarantee. In the case of the dog I co-own with the breeder, the breeder also had to specify that the dog could never be taken out of my home. I make all decision as to when and where and in what he competes. All the breeder gets is half the stud fees.
