Question:

A townhouse in my neighborhood caught fire?

So a townhouse in my neighborhood caught fire. The townhouse is less than 10 years old and the fire spread to the unit next door. If most townhouses have firewalls, then how did the fire spread next door?

Answer:

Known issue. As long as only 1 wheel hits the bump, there is no noise. When both wheels hit, the front end lets out a low groan. The problem is the sway bar bushings on the frame. When both wheels move in synch, the bar twists along its full length and rotates in the worn bushings creating a dry rubber moan. Replace them with a good aftermarket bushing kit which addresses this problem, like the ones made by Moog.
Yes if your passengers are trying to drink McDonald's hot coffee while you are speed bumping.
