Question:

Adhesive curtain wall mounts?

Where can I buy adhesive curtain wall mounts for holding up curtain rods?

Answer:

NO WHERE. Curtain rods MUST be screwed into a wall stud (the one around the window) for good support.
If you live in a rented home, and can't drill into the walls, you should consider UGlue. UGlue is also often called booger glue. It's the stuff used to hold credit cards in mailers. I'm not sure about it being strong enough to hold heavy winter drapes, but based on its strength, it might be possible. It should work well for sheers or medium weight cloth. You might also consider adding a brace in the center. Other than its strength, UGlue peels off without marring the surface under it. It'll stick to any two, clean, dust-free surfaces together quite strongly.
