Question:

are there variations of rtv silicone? or is rtv silicone all the same?

automotive application:2 piece rear main seal install on sbc (new build). I have a tube of clear rtv silicone (not from the auto parts store but it does say rtv) will this work or are there higher temps or oil resistant types that I better use?

Answer:

No- none of the above is ever right, but legal, well, depending upon the state in which you reside is a factor. I would first look over the company policy handbook and if all of these workers are willing to be supportive of one another, I would try to seek someone in a higher position to review and access the situation. You may wanna call your Dept of Labor in your state to see if they could lead you into the right-direction. You see, it happen to someone I know, and when it was addressed, they fired her and then she went to the Labor Board to file a wrongful termination suit, after an investigation was done by the company with all the employee's in confidentiality that supervisor was remove from the location and she was offer an opportunity to return to her position. The State Employment Agency may be of some help! Good Luck, but remember we are stronger in numbers.
I've never heard of a law preventing this. Unethical, yes, illegal, don't think so.
no it is not and if someone recorded the boss doind that and played it to fair labor board there would be major problems. Been there!!!!
No! Try the site below, make sure to change the location/state in which you work. Make sure you report the company with findings.
Find some dirt on him or someone he cares about and blackmail him back.
