5 days a week i run 5miles (burn about 950-1000calories) and ride the bicycle for half and hour (about 250 calories) so total of 1200-1250 calories a day and other two days i lift weights for about 2hrs and run for 1/2 hour (so about 500calories)and most of i usually skip breakfast coz i can't eat in the morning so around 12 or 1 i eat a salad and the rest of the day when i get hungry i eat fruits mostly apples and bananasand once in a while i make a turkey sandwich or eat about 3 Oreo or chips ahoy cookiesright now i'm 5'8quot; and weight about 190lbs, if i keep this up how long will it take me to loose 20lbs
maybe your just stuck in a rut, if your waking up after a long period of sleep and still feeling tired and just want to go back to sleep that could be a sign of depression, otherwise i would suggest meeting up with some friends u haven't hanged around for awhile or trying something new and exciting, like pot that's always fun :P
Hi jake, well if you have depression you will know, NOT need to see a, counciler, only if you want to.But i believe if you want to change you will do so on your own.Maby try stuff that you never done before like, snowboarding, diving, parachooting or if the extreme isent for you.think about what makes you happyMe for example i like art and music, but i dident seem intereted in them while itSorry its not much, good luck :), Biarna
you don't state your age or gender if you are young life can become very stressful and the older you are it can become very depressing you have to address the problem try changing your life around think of some thing you have aways wanted to do and have ago at doing it,i did and my whole world has changed
