Question:

Broken refrigeration line?

Is there a magic way to mend a 'needle point likehole on the aluminum tube of a refrigeratorI have cleaned the area around the hole and apply a few coats of heat stick and allow to dry for about half an hour and when i tested the hole under pressure it still leaksany good advice would be appreciated.

Answer:

The same thing happened to me for years until I learned from a physical therapist how to exercise the abs without the neck problemLie on you back with legs up, start bicycling and lower your legs while you continueThis will work.
Once one of those lines have been broken, it needs to be replacedNo easy way out of this oneYou can try various ways of fixing it, but once it's under pressure it will leak again.
If your neck hurts because of the sit-ups it's because you're doing the wrongIf that's the case and you have your hands behind your head try moving them down to the base of your neck / upper back, and keep looking at the ceiling, don't allow yourself to look forward.
Do you do sit-ups with your hands behind your head? cause if so, that could be the problemIn a CORRECT sit-up, you put your hands on the side of your head, so pressure on the neck and upper-back is lessenedIf you're doing them correctly and the pain still persists, then i'd stop doing them till your neck feels betterThere are dozens of other Abs workouts you can do that don't involve neck-pressure ;)
