Yes to the fire alarm and to monoxide alram. It was provided by an outreach program for seniors in my area, and I am thankful for that. I have a cell and no landline that I use. Didn't know anything about reverse calling except that if I call 911 and don't respond they call back.
I highly doubt that you will set the detector off with insense burning. I recommend that you leave the fire prevention equipment alone. Its put there for a reason. May save your life one day.
