I know you can bridge routers I was just wondering if you can bridge a router with a modem.I am getting a new modem and I have 3 other computers side by side that aren't wirelessI was wondering if I could just get a router then bridge it with my modem. If not I know I can add a router to the modemWould I be able to bridge the router with the router? If so how would I do that?Thx$BoomBoom$
If your modem is simply a modem with no built-in router then you can connect a secondary router to it perfectly without bridging anythingOnce you connect the router to the modem you will be able to connect all three side-by-side computers to the router, which will distribute the modem's signal to each machine.
