how much would it cost to get a decent car alarm system for you car?
DO Not..Repeat DO NOT ever use Coleman fuel or Ozark Trail camp fuel in ANY Jon-E or similar catalytic hand warmer! They are designed to use ONLY standard petroleum based Lighter Fluid and nothing else..You need to pay less attention to hydrocarbon emissions, and rust inhibitor's,and concentrate on directions, warnings and safety! I have a personal friend of 25 years, and hunting partner that 6 years ago tried the same stunt. The Jon-E hand warmer literally went off into a ball of flame with Coleman camp fuel (Designed to be used in Camp Stoves only!) resulting in 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his right hand, arm and face. We still hunt together, but he has only 30% use of his right hand and despite 5 plastic surgeries to remove burn scar tissue and skin grafts..he is still scarred both physically and mentally. This is not an isolated incident by any means and many people make this error in judgement and wind up seriously injured or worse.
It is lightweight and malleable.
Bacterial is not from an irritant. It can be spread by things like fecal matter. Your best bet is to keep your hands very clean. Sounds silly, but it's your greatest defense. Infections such as these are not airborne and they have to get into your eyes somehow. Usually by you touching something with the bacteria on it (or virus) and then touching your eye. Wash your hands frequently and don't forget to get under the nails. If you have toxic conjunctivitis, protect your eyes from foreign bodies.
Don't use this in a tent unless you have all the vents open to the tent. They are not very efficient heating devices in really cold weather in a tent. I've heard of several people who have died using those type of heaters in tents without adequate ventilation. What i've done in the past is bought a gas powered generator and i used quartz radiant heaters when i was out camping in the mountains in the snow and sub zero temperatures. These days i use a battery i removed from a bulldozer and use quartz heaters. Works really good for 2-3 days then i just hook up some cables to my truck battery start up and recharge the large battery for about 30 minutes every 2 or 3 days.
